Working with the restaurant Brasseriet in the beautiful Opera house in Stockholm was one of the most enjoyable assignments I have had to date. Anna, the restaurant manager, told me about her vision and then basically gave me free reign to capture the essence of them. The food, the people, the charm, the history, the drinks…. basically I walked around for three days in my happy place. Oh, and one of the perks was that I got to eat their food, delicious!!! We also made a lot of images of their gin drinks, since of their their areas of focus is featuring local gin producers. And yes, I got to taste the drinks too 🙂
